 經費編列與運用

Q1聘任國內外優秀研究助理方面，薪資是否有彈性？

A

考量各機構之特性及專長領域不同，應依各自所聘用助理之類型及工作內容區分，回歸專業能力敘薪，本部於106年5月25日科部綜字第1060034160號函已刪除專任助理依學歷分級規定，並明定工作酬金由執行機構綜合考量工作內容、專業技能、預期績效表現等因素，自行訂定標準並核實支給。自106年8月起由各機構自行訂定合理且符合研究現場實際需要的敘薪機制，因此聘任國內外助理之薪資應依學校相關規定辦理。

Q2愛因斯坦培植計畫及哥倫布計畫結餘款是否必須繳回？

A

依試行要點第十三、(三)點規定，補助計畫經費當年度如有結餘，應如數繳回本部。
